    Before booking a session, we'll meet by phone to discuss your vision, goals, and the experience you're looking for. This consultation allows us to plan every detail so your session feels relaxed, personal, and uniquely yours.

    Sessions include:

    Let’s Make It Official

    Once you've decided to move forward, your session is reserved with a 50% non-refundable retainer.

    Your retainer allows me to begin planning your session, secure the ideal studio or location, and dedicate time to creating a personalized experience. Because I book a limited number of sessions, dates cannot be held without a retainer.

    The remaining balance is due 7 days before your photoshoot takes place.

    Your Photoshoot Day

    Today's the day! Everything we've planned comes together, and my goal is for you to relax, have fun, and enjoy the experience.

    Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Whether we're photographing in a rented studio or on location, your session time has been reserved exclusively for you. Arriving late reduces the time we have together and may result in fewer outfit changes, fewer locations, or a shortened session. If additional studio time is required because of a late arrival, extra fees will apply.

    Don't worry if you've never been professionally photographed before. I'll guide you through posing, expressions, and every step of the session, so all you need to do is trust the process and enjoy yourself.

    The best photographs happen when you're relaxed, confident, and fully present.

    The Reveal

    Your Image Reveal

    Within a day or two of your session, you'll receive a secure, private online gallery where you can view your preview images and select the ones you love most.

    Take your time browsing the gallery and simply mark your favourites. As soon as you've made your selections, I'll begin professionally retouching each chosen image to ensure they meet the quality and artistic standards that reflect my work.

    If you'd like to preserve your photographs beyond digital files, I also offer handcrafted artwork including luxury albums, canvas prints, framed wall art, and acrylic displays. Samples are available to help you choose the perfect way to enjoy your portraits for years to come.

    Your finished images are typically delivered within two weeks, depending on the size of your order.

    Only professionally retouched images are delivered, ensuring every photograph you receive reflects the quality and attention to detail you can expect from Photographic Touch.
